International Transfer Request
This form is intended to assist in initiating an international membership transfer. It is not an official transfer request.
All required information must be complete in order to process the request. Incomplete details may delay or prevent the creation of an official transfer.
It is the responsibility of the transferring member to provide their local church clerk in Hawaii with the most current and accurate information.
Please note: The Hawaii Conference of Seventh-day Adventists processes all international transfer requests exclusively via email. This is necessary because the North American Division (U.S. and Canada) uses a different membership system (eAdventist.net) than the rest of the global Seventh-day Adventist Church (ACMS).
